On-line Booking In HERE The series will run 3 classes across 5 meetings and 10 rounds - 1st Sunday Oct, Nov, Dec, March & April. Scale Touring (10.5 brushless / 19t brushed) Mardave V12 (Yokomo Prostock II 23t) 1/12th Circuit (10.5 brushless / 19t brushed) Doors open at 7.30am and we need to be out of the hall by 6pm Practice will start at 9am and will be in heat format, drivers failing to pre-book will not get allocated a practice. Drivers that pre-book and purchase control tyres will receive a £1 discount. Four rounds of qualifying will start at 10:00am, with two final for everyone starting at approx 3pm. Qualifying will be done by FTQ to determine your Final position. The racing will be held in sports hall at a school (27m x 14m), pitting in a separate hall, ample 240V supplied. The hall will be covered with Primatrack carpet and use square guttering track markers. BBK DriverNet will be used with AMBrc timing (bring along your wireless laptop or PDA). The winning driver in each class will be crowned "Scottish Carpet Champion", and will keep a silver plated trophy for one year. In both the Mardave and Scale Touring classes there will be individual junior championships for Under 13 and Under 16. Everyone that enters each meeting will be allocated a raffle ticket, and will be entered into the grand draw at the final round. 1 raffle ticket will be allocated per car run in the heats. Trophies will be presented to the winner of each Final at each meeting. All 1/10th electric cars should conform to the BRCA super touring rules, with the exception of shells, touring cars should represent a front engine car 4/5 door car. Mardave's can use any currently available Kamtec or Mardave 1/12th lexan or abs shell (not 1/12th Circuit shells). 1/12th Circuit should conform to the BRCA rules. Touring cars will run one classes, 10.5 Brushless, 13.5 brushless or 19T maximum (19T, rebuildable 27T and fixed 27T as per BRCA list) and use the series control rubber tyre. A maximum of 1 set of tyres will be allowed per meeting, no other wheel/tyre combination will be allowed. Note: No additives of any kind are allowed on 1/12th Mardave (please refer to BRCA handbook). The series will use a recommended additive, the Much More Z1. This will be available trackside at each meeting.
